Customer-friendly cancellation rules for airport transfers and Self Drive rentals. Final business/legal wording should be reviewed by the owner.
Airport transfers
Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before pickup.
Late cancellations may attract a fee depending on vehicle type, timing, and any special arrangements already made.
A no-show may apply if the customer is unreachable after the free waiting period and no communication has been received.
Self Drive rentals
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before pickup are free.
Cancellations within 72 hours incur a fee equivalent to one day of rental.
Booking modifications can be made up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle availability and office confirmation.
